Any arbitration shall be conducted in individual capacities only, and not as a class action or other representative action. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class-action waiver is void or unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be deemed null and void in its entirety.
Either party may assert claims in small claims court in Birmingham, AL or any United States county where you live or work if the claims qualify.
